The frequency and intensity of extreme weather events have not only increased over the past few decades, but have disrupted and ruined the lives of millions. Small communities are adapting to these changes. This project seeks to compile the lessons gained by individuals, small communities, and organizations in confronting environmental challenges linked to climate change to bring the concerns and needs of vulnerable communities to the global debate.
